RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Should someone  not be satisfied with a product, it may be return it in resalable condition within 30 days. Any refunds will not include not include shipping and handling costs. All goods are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee, from date of forwarding shipment. 

2. Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in a good condition. Misuse or damage is not included in the return policy. Damage may be claimed on insured goods.

3. All goods returns are by prior arrangement only. Please include your details as a description of the items and reason for return. 

4. Resonance must be notified, by email to info@resonex.co.za of any intended return, within 30 days from date of forwarding shipment. No refunds will be issued unless an email return notice is received before the deadline.

5. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping of the goods as well as for the initial cost of forward shipping. On receipt of the undamaged goods, the buyer will be refunded with the initial purchase cost, excluding forwarding shipping costs. For some items the delivery costs might have been incorporated in the price of our items and will be taken into the account when the refund for such item is processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Orders for goods, excluding furniture and bulk orders, may be canceled at any time prior to shipment.

2. A 50% deposit is payable on furniture and bulk orders. On cancellation of a furniture or bulk order, Resonance will first recover any loss on such goods, before refunding the balance. 

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal Information

All client information, banking and credit card details are kept private and secure. Resonance undertakes and agrees to protect clients information and not to distribute it to any third parties, except where required by law.

Payment Information

Payment can be made by international SWIFT transfer to our bank account, or by securely faxing or phoning your order details to us for direct card processing. Our direct payment system supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dinners Club. Contact us for details at mail@resonanceonline.co.za  

Payments can be made at any of our Shops, in Table View,  the V&A Waterfront, Plattekloof, Franschhoek, of at our Factory in Stikland, Bellville, Cape Town.
